Dear Team, My beloved Mingki is 13years old, and she had been very sick for the past two days, unable even to drink water. Despite my busy schedule, I was able to bring her in for a full examination, and thankfully she is now starting to stabilize. I truly appreciate you making time for us on such short notice. My Maltese felt so welcomed there. The assistant was dogsiting while I was filling out new patient paperwork at the desk. I was running a bit late since I had to make sure the dog had a walk and food before the appointment but staff was very understanding.
