The entire staff is always helpful and extremely kind to my skittish cat (Oliver) he doesn't trust anyone but his doctors and its the only place he relaxes and doesn’t get upset. Which os very important to me and my family. My oliver had been coming to you guys since hes been a kitten and he literally growls and hides with other practices, but not when he comes to Mainstay and i definitely appreciate that.

Amazing veterinary staff and team! They are kind and gentle to your pets, answer all your questions, and don’t push you for extra services. I am so glad I switched to mainstays and am grateful for their care for my cat soul. I had my first visit at mainstays vet with my cat soul and it was stress free and lovely. Unfortunately my cat was being a cat and got himself sick in the following weeks. Being freaked out about it, I called to see if they could get him in and see what was wrong. They helped keep me calm on the phone, reassuring me and answering my questions, and were able to get me a last-minute appointment that day. When I brought him in, the nurse and vet were kind, gentle with him, and didn’t push any extra testing. They explained all the testing options, gave me price quotes, and let me take the lead on what I felt comfortable with.
