There is not enough word to express my gratitude to Dr. Johnson and everyone at Jermantown animal hospital. I have 2 Italian Greyhounds that suddenly presented with some heath problems, just a little over 2 weeks before we supposed to move across country. The first appointment was made in 2 hours from a phone call and we were seen immediately by the doctor.We were treating with kindness and compassion. Dr Johnson was truly extraordinary as she coordinated with multiple veterinary specialists, helped to arrange appointments on very short notice and managing my pet's medical needs. She went beyond that anyone could expect. The technicians and front desk stuff were outstanding too. they were professional and always made me feel that my pets were just as important to them as they were tome. Thank you Dr. Johnson and to all the stuff at Jarmantown hospital, for giving my pets the very best care in such an emotional time for us. We will be forever grateful for everything you did for us.

I have a very difficult cat, and the veterinarian, technicians, and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job accomodating her for her first visit, resulting in less stress than any previous vet's visit based on her not ignoring me post-visit for the first time. Thanks again!

Dr. Johnson stepped up when my usual vet was unable to help. 18 year old cat with kidney disease and a long history of constipation. He had had several disimpactions previously and our regular vet didn’t have any openings. Dr. Johnson was willing to see him first thing in the morning and she was able to get him cleaned out and comfortable with minimal stress. Her price was 1/4 of what we would have paid at the urgent care vet. Then she came up with an innovative combination of prescription food, medications, and supplements to try to get him on a good routine. It has been nearly six months and he is on a consistent schedule with no constipation. We are so grateful for the extra time with our cat and the kindness from Dr. Johnson and her staff. If your cat is constipated, please go see Dr. Johnson!
